Breakfast Club |
At the Mind Building on Monday mornings 10.45am – 12.45pm
Come along for tea and toast or a bacon sandwich.
Hot food served between 11.00am – 12.00pm.
£1 for first 3 items (food and/or hot drink), then 25p for each extra item.
Please note we will be CLOSED on Bank Holiday Mondays.

A chance for women to get together once a month in a relaxed atmosphere.

23rd August – Stanton Park by bus (bring your own picnic)
27th September – Trip to Bath on the Train
Bring money to cover lunch, entry and any shopping you may want to do.
Limited places available - please sign up on the notice board and pay your £1 deposit to secure a
place on a trip.

All Mind members are welcome to come along and take part.

TUESDAY |
Sports Afternoon |
Tuesday afternoons at Croft Sports Centre.
3.00pm – 4.00pm
The group is coached by Michael and Cherie and is open to men and women. Indoor Football is the usual
activity, or cricket in the summer.
This is an Active Life session and a referral to them is required prior to attendance.

Open for members to drop in for a drink and a chat.

Life Skills Club |
Wednesday afternoon at the Mind Building
2.00pm – 4.00pm
This group gets together to cook a cheap and nutritional meal.
Everyone shares the cost of ingredients used.

An opportunity to drop in at the Mind building for a cup of tea and a chat.
Regular Members' Meetings are held during the drop-in.

Horse Riding |
Thursdays afternoons at Cerney Wick Farm
1.30pm – 4.00pm
Meet at Mind at 1.25pm prompt.
Cost - £5 per person for a half hour session.
Assessment forms are available from Mind.
Please Note:– there will be no horse riding during school holidays or if the weather is bad,
but the group will still meet and go out.

Transport

Lifting Low Mood
Tuesdays at the Mind building 2.00pm - 3.30pm
A 4-week course designed to help you lift low mood.
Groups are small and normally consist of no more than 8 people.

Keeping On Track
2.00pm - 3.00pm
Keeping on Track is held at the Mind building on a Tuesday afternoon and is a refresher session for those who have attended
the Lifting Low Mood course, providing an opportunity to discuss the effect of techniques and share your experiences.

Stress Solutions
Wednesdays at the Mind building
1.30pm - 3.00pm
A 4-week course where you can discuss tension and stress, self awareness, and learn tips to help reduce your stress
levels. Groups are small and normally consist of no more than 8 people.
Application forms for this course are available from the admin office.

Relaxation with Linda
1.15pm 2.30pm
Enjoy a session of relaxation with gentle music, scented candles and learn relaxation and visualisation techniques to get
you through the week.
These occasional sessions are held on Wednesdays at the Mind building - please see the notice board for details.
